When will my gift be sent out?
Typically, it takes about 2-5 business days for our products to be produced and sent out with tracking.
How long will my delivery take?
Once shipped, we will deliver your orders around 7-15 business days to Australia, US, Canada, France, Germany, UK and EU; delivery to rest of the world will be around 10-20 business days.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.
What are the shipping costs?
We provide Free International Shipping Over US$99
Standard Delivery For orders under US$99 – US$9.99
Can I request a specific delivery date?
We unfortunately can not guarantee a delivery date but we are happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received within a certain window of your desired date.

Can I send to multipe locations?
If you would like to send multiple gifts to multiple locations, please kindly email info@rinkii.com and one of our gifting experts will be in touch to finalise your order where you will be sent a Bulk Order Form to complete and we will take care of the rest.
How can I track my order?
At time of dispatch you will receive an email to alert you that your gift is on its way, as well as tracking details so you can see your rinkii has reached its destination.
Can I brand my gift with my logo?
Absolutely! We are the industry leaders in branding with our state of the art printing capabilities, with no set up fees or charges!
Can I add personalisation to my giftbox?
Yes, we offer personalisation as well as branding, you can add names to your gift boxes and baskets, please contact our design team via email info@rinkii.com , we love creating gift packages to suit your gifting strategy & requirements.
What logo/pictures file should i upload?
What logo/pictures file should i upload? We recommend your file to be ai/eps/pdf in vector format.
However, 300 dpi jpg/png file is also fine if your logo is one colour. Our design team will be in touch if the file caot be used.
If colour is of upmost importance please email your Brand Guidelines to info@rinkii.com and one of our design team will check your file and prepare a mock up – free of charge
Do you include a branded message card?
When ordering you can choose any of our greeting card options, your personal message will be printed and applied to our complimentary message cards.
